Through passion and drive Prime Focus has helped a diverse range of clients; start, grow and exit their businesses. Initially established in South Africa Prime Focus has now expanded its operations with offices in South Africa, Mauritius, the United Kingdom and United States.

Prime Focus is outcome led, bringing real life experience and search for the right approach for their client’s needs. The company works with clients, using tried and tested methods developed from years of hands-on experience to deliver efficient and consistent results. The company credentials demonstrate the breadth of expertise across a full range of services.

Prime Focus original mission focused in on the executive search and recruitment sector. Over time these relationships evolved enabling Prime Focus to offer a full suite of executive and business services from executive coaching, wealth management and consulting across a wide range of sectors and industries.

These services have been built and developed over three decades of experience. Many of the concepts are set out in best selling publications which are co-authored by Prime Focus CEO Andrew Bradley.

Meet the Team

  • Andrew Bradley

    CEO

    Andrew Bradley is an entrepreneur, consultant, private equity investor, Executive and Non – executive Director. Currently his executive roles include Prime Focus - his investment holding and consulting company, Fiscal Private Client Services - a wealth management business in South Africa, and Chrome Global Wealth - with offices in Mauritius and South Africa, which provides a wealth management eco system and investment solutions to the wealth management industry. Andrew was previously the CEO of Old Mutual Wealth, a wealth and investment company within the Old Mutual Group serving South Africa and the Emerging markets, that managed over R300bn in assets and with more than R2bn in annual revenue.

    Andrew has served as chairman on the boards of the South African Savings Institute (SASI), the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa (FPI) and the Cape Town Chapter of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO). He has also served as a board member of the Association of Collective Investments (ACI), the South African Rugby Players Association (SARPA), the international Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) Council, the YPO Africa regional board, Etlin International, and the Nelson Mandela University Business School.

  • Debbie Bradley

    Executive Coach

    Debbie Bradley is a passionate social entrepreneur, dedicated to helping people develop to their full potential. People feel comfortable to share their stories with her as she helps them to define a clear direction that reflects their values. Creating the spark for positive change in someone’s life is what makes her get up in the morning.

    Debbie has over twenty years of formal work, project and charity experience. This includes professional financial services recruitment and executive coaching and mentoring. She has owned and run a substantive Nursery School business, an event management company and was responsible for marketing and facilitating retirement preparation courses for Later Life. Debbie has undertaken numerous socio entrepreneurial and philanthropic initiatives, including fund raising for the Red Cross Children's Hospital. She has also served in numerous portfolio positions on the executive of The Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) Cape Town chapter and Africa Regional Board. She has Co-chaired three international YPO education events, served on the committee of eight international YPO education events and is a facilitator and trainer at YPO global leadership development workshops.

    Debbie has a graduate diploma in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Pretoria, is a certified Integral Coach with associate (ACC) and professional (PCC) coaching qualifications from the Graduate School of Business in Cape Town and Third Space in London.

  • Jurgen Scherzinger

    General Manager

    Jürgen provides a general management role for Prime Focus. He has previous roles as the COO of Old Mutual Wealth, the CEO of Acsis and Head of operations at Acsis, where he was responsible for the Finance, HR, Business Technology Solutions, Client Service and the Project Office departments.

    Jürgen also spent a number of years as Senior Business Analyst at one of South Africa’s leading retail chains and subsequently set up a consultancy business, specializing in systems, operations, efficiencies and technology for the financial services industry. He has a strong practical engineering background.

  • Chloe Bradley

    Executive Consultant

    Chloe is passionate about sustainable design and combining her marketing background with the psychology and universal language of design. This passion has seen Chloe design, build and launch iconic hotels and safari game lodges for publicly traded companies in Botswana and South Africa.

    Chloe has also worked with Cohere and is currently consulting to Vesta, a vertically integrated luxury design firm. Their iconic designs are widely recognized and have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Forbes, and The Los Angeles Times. You can also see their work featured on Netflix, Bravo, and CNBC.

    Chloe’s goal for brands is to create and develop the “golden thread” which exists between; brand ID & graphic design, market message & strategy, social media & SEO, interior architecture and styling.

    Chloe has an undergraduate degree in Social Studies with a postgraduate degree in Business, Management and Marketing from the University of Cape Town. She also has a graduate degree in interior architecture from the KLC School of Design in London and post graduate studies in sustainable architecture from Universitas Udayana in Bali, Indonesia.
